You assume the role of the research manager in an organization which you are familiar: either the one where you currently working, a previous employer or one for which you have access to the required information. You are required to produce a project report based on independent research into an area of business or management practice that interests you and which will add to your professional development. The study should use both primary and secondary sources of information. It should be an exploration of a current major issue and should build on knowledge, skills and understand that have been acquired in other units. There are 4 questions to answer to complete the project.
