2. Discuss negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. What are the differences?
3. It is likely that you have entered into an arbitration agreement (e.g., home purchase, credit card agreement, cell phone agreement), perhaps without even being aware of it. Discuss the implications of entering into that agreement.  Who does the arbitration clause benefit? The consumer or the vendor, or both?
