Stereotype issues facing girls today in sports participation. Issues they face both on and off the playing field. The paper will look at girls of amateur status as well as professional. Some of the questions to answer is does it get easier the higher up the competition? How does their media affect the way society views female athletes? Positively? Negatively? Make sure you hone in on the root cause (gender ideology that considers women as inferior to men, particularly in terms of athletics).
