Paper Three The condom paper For this paper, your assignment is to go out into the world and buy condoms. Although it is possible to buy condoms online, for this paper I want you to interact with humans during your condom buying transaction. If you would rather buy female condoms, dental dams, or another non-phallocentric product, you may do so. Please answer the following questions: 1. How did you feel while standing in the condom section? Do you think anyone saw you standing there and judged you? 2. Look at the condom display carefully. Take into consideration the following things: the packaging of condoms, the placement of the condom section in the store, whether the condoms are locked up, and whether the condoms are easy to access. Why do you think the display is the way it is? 3. Do you think the cashier noticed what you were buying? Do you think the cashier judged what you were buying? 4. Who would you want to know that you bought condoms? Who would you NOT want to know?
