This is a Program Analysis Paper. The Social Policy I chose is the Housing Projects/Section VIII Housing Program Policy. This is a 12 to 15 page paper. I have uploaded the guidelines and rubric. You have to select a minimum of 10 peer reviewed scholarly journal articles. You can also use newspaper, magazine, internet sources and books sources as long as your have 10 peer reviewed scholarly journal articled as well. It has to be full APA citations for ALL references. You have to have a working knowledge of how government policy works and know how to retrieve legislature. Please pay close attention to all highlighted areas and manual written information. FYI: if you are not sure about something, please do not assume and have me scrambling at the last minute to correct and submit my assignment. I will upload Chapter 2 of the textbook I am learning out of for this assignment. It will help you with the Proposed Model that you will be using to complete the paper.
