This could be a public figure like President Obama, Shakira, Melinda Gates, pope Francis, Chance the rapper etc. Provide some information about this person, the individuals that they lead, and what their organization is supposed to do. Next, label them as task-oriented leaders or relations oriented leaders making sure to provide justification. Finally, would you consider this person to be a transactional leader or a transformational leader? Why?
