Introduction This section should identify the purpose of this report and place the athletic patient in a real world, sporting context; it should summarise the contents and the conclusion of the report. Discussion – The patient Define the injury/condition; critically explore the epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical indicators, including signs/symptoms and assessment tests; differential diagnoses and sequelae; prognosis for RTP. Discussion – The rehabilitation A relevant literature should be critically analysed in order to construct a sound academic base on which the model of exercise rehabilitation is grounded and the exercises selected. Include 4 group remedial sessions (no word count for the session plans) One for each phase of rehabilitation, as appropriate to you condition e.g. Early / Intermediate / Late / RTP. One of the sessions will be selected for you to perform on May 6th. You will have a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice prior. Each session plan should include:  Equipment requirements  Exercise parameters i.e. type (with key technique/technical instructions) /intensity/duration/volume/rest periods Conclusion The conclusion needs to provide an account of the key areas emerging from the report. In addition, consideration of areas for further research/consideration should be presented
