The paper topic must address whether the US should or should not use enhanced interrogation techniques (torture) against suspected terrorists and the implications it would have on US foreign policy. Must use no less than 4 peer-reviewed scholarly sources, and one page of the paper must be a literary analysis in which you write about the sources and what others may have said about the source your used and/or the author. That part doesn’t have to be too indepth, but just a brief analysis of each source used.
