John Rawls, Martha Nussbaum, Judith Shklar, and Bernard Yack each present a different theory of what justice requires, and what we should consider when trying to address questions of injustice. Using at least three of the assigned readings on justice, explain what INJUSTICE is. How do the texts you’ve chosen inform how injustice should be addressed? All essays MUST contain a CLEAR THESIS STATEMENT and develop a reasoned response to the chosen question with specific references to assigned texts. When using textual evidence to support your argument remember: do not rely on lengthy quotations, always accompany quotations with analysis, include specific citations when paraphrasing, and make sure the quotes you use are relevant and fit in your overall argument.
