In essence, the assignment calls you to reflect on how your view of yourself as a (potential) brand manager has changed, particularly through learning new tools and important learning experiences. How has your thinking changed? Which of your views and ideas that you held before class were affirmed? Though the reflection is supposed to be personal, it is expected that participants cor-rectly utilize or apply module concepts, themes, and tools. Expectations and suggestions: Important: the essay is expected to touch on all module days’ topics The participant is able to present an overall view of what is brand management The participant is able to also connect the flow from strategic decisions to tactical-level implementation It is highly recommended to keep a learning diary during the course to facilitate the write-up of this report (see above) It is recommended that you structure your argumentation through your own professional experience, for example how marketing has been implemented at your employer (for example, what does your employer do right, and what could be improved)
