Once you have read the case study, write a 3-4 page paper (although feel free to write more if you want) that addresses the following questions. Be sure your paper fully explains your ideas, using points from the case study, as well as the required readings (and/or other appropriate sources). Specifically, include 3 in-text citations in APA format to course materials in support of your analysis. Papers should include a cover page, be double-spaced, with 12-point font, and 1” margins. We often think of aggression in the workplace as acts of violence; yet, the sub-title for this case study is “Low Level of Aggression in the Workplace.” Using ideas from the readings, explain whether this situation is a form of aggression. Identify and explain what type, or types, of training is most needed within this organization. If you were going to develop an appraisal system for this organization, explain what type of appraisal (see pages 390-401 in the textbook) would be most appropriate. Your Case Study Analysis paper does not need to be in the form of an essay — however, you should list each topic/question or provide section headings for each topic listed in the instructions.
