For this Portfolio Project option, you must have completed all assigned readings. You will analyze and evaluate your own leadership development in multiple capacities. The purpose of this project is to provide you with perspectives and critical thinking tools that enable you to critique your strengths and weaknesses and to identify challenges and opportunities as a leader. This, in turn, will enable you to improve your leadership abilities within the context of leadership-followership theories. Instructions: Address each of the following questions within the context of your leadership development. Each question is worth the same value in the grading process: • Reflect on the field of leadership from a holistic view. This will provide a good foundation for the rest of the project. • Evaluate three leadership theories, such as: Cognitive Psychology, Collective or Distributive, Leader-Member Exchange, Transformative, Leadership-Followership, or E-Leadership.
