Provide at least 3 – 5 pages of draft. The pages should show a clear thesis, body paragraphs that are developed. You should also include some mention of the counter-view to your thesis. This should be a solid draft, but at the same time, it is a draft. I will incorporate my thoughts and ideas into the final version. The goal is to develop an argument while considering opposing viewpoints. Reasoning and evidence should be used to support the position you have chosen. This paper should include a clear focused thesis statement, well chosen evidence, strong organization, and demonstrate your creative and critical thinking. It should include two to three sources. You are welcome to support your argument with outside sources. The Argument for the paper is that “Offshoring and Outsourcing information technology work is necessary in order for the US to stay competitive globally.” Review the PowerPoint I created and I provide the initial outline/draft on the topic.
