In this assignment, you will do the following: 1.Present a summary of your findings in each subject area. 2.Design an employee development plan to support engagement and retention of employees. 3.Evaluate your recommendations for improving workplace effectiveness in the organization. Imagine that your audience is the leadership team of your chosen organization, and they expect total candor from you. In this assignment, you will write a paper consisting of the following sections: 1.A brief introduction to the organization. 2.A brief summary of your findings about how the organization’s current structure and leadership style does (or does not) support workplace effectiveness. Details should not be included. 3.A summary of your findings about how the organization approaches diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement. Details should not be included. 4.A summary of your findings about how the organization’s current health and wellness programs and communication practices support workplace effectiveness. Details should not be included. 5.A recommendations section that presents one to two recommendations for each of the three sections and includes a brief rationale of each. 6.Elements that should be included in an employee development plan to support engagement and retention of employees at the organization. 7.A conclusion that explains the value of the analyses.
