My group’s project is focused on customer retention of Uber users. To collect data, we’re using a 10-question survey monkey to compile data from Uber users in Texas asking about their relationship with Uber and other transportation services. Our working outline is broken down by the five steps of AIE. My portion of the AIE steps are 4&5, must be at least 2 pages. Please provide an exhibit Part 4: Measure where information value is high We will find out the areas that most affects Uber retention and focus on recommendations that could be put in place to help increase and sustain retention. Part 5: Make a decision and act on it In the end, we will be able to share our results and provide a strong stance on improving and sustaining and how to measure Uber’s customer retention based on the findings and how they rank compared to other transportation services.
