Management Observation Paper For this paper you will observe a leader and evaluate that individual’s leadership and management skills. This individual can be a supervisor, a manager, a teacher, a coach or anyone who has a position that involves leadership. The amount of time you observe them depends on how long it takes you to identify and collect the information that you need for this 3-4 page paper. Your paper should include the following: who you observed and why, information from observing their leadership skills from the list below, their strengths and weaknesses, and finally if you were coaching this individual how would you recommend that they could improve? The paper should be 3-4 pages with at least 3 sources, other than your text. You will need to give solid examples in your papers to illustrate your points. Please cite your sources in APA or MLA format. Please include a title page and a reference page, these do not count for your page numbers.
