Working on your own, you will write a research paper that examines the recent and innovative trends in employee benefits. You will need to examine how employee benefits have changed in recent years, what new types of benefits are being seen now, and how these new benefits are changing the workplace. To do this effectively, you must examine many different benefits offerings and/or trends and provide examples of companies using these innovative offerings. Your paper must be 5-7 pages in length, exclusive of title page, summary and Works Cited page, with properly cited resources. The paper is due on May 1st!! Late papers will not be accepted. In this paper, you will explore and discuss the recent trends in employee benefits. This will also require that you provide some perspective in that you will have to look at how benefits have evolved over time, their history and how/why things have changed. Then look at the new benefits we see companies offer their employees. This is an important paper and it will require work so you should get started finding your information this week. The paper should be about 6-7 pages and MUST cite sources and provide a Works Cited page.
