Strategy Report: You will use the Hambrick and Fredrickson (2005) framework from the Are You Sure You Have A Strategy? article (provided to you), to develop a Strategy Diamond for the possibility of the company Lululemon opening in Iceland. The report must be typed and not exceed 5-double spaced pages, excluding exhibits, with 1″ margins and standard fonts (12-point – Times New Roman). The reports will be broadly evaluated on incisive analysis, application of the framework, the logic of arguments (qualitative and quantitative), (professionalism, persuasion, clarity, flow, spelling, grammar, etc).
