Explain which type of benchmarking (competitive or internal) would be most beneficial and why. c. Identify some (at least 3) measurements that might be used for comparative purposes and explain why these might be beneficial. Make sure this response supports your decision to use competitive or internal benchmarking. 4. Provide at least three academic resources.
