1) Research through google on Apple v. Samsung (which just had a US Supreme Court decision last week) and provide the case citation and website you found it at. Were there any appeals and if so, look up the final decision. There are a couple versions of some of these but they are all similar, so pick one and run with it. 2) Describe the parties and their roles and titles (Plaintiff, Defendant, Appellee, Appellant, etc) and what Court it was in. 3) What is main issue for court to decide? 4) What did they decide and why? 5) How do you feel about the issue itself? 6) How do you feel about the decision the Court came to?
