Research and analyze the company. You may use any research tools that are available to you. Some suggestions include company websites, annual reports, job satisfaction reports, personal interviews, wage tables, etc. You will then write an informal report in which you will write a profile of each company. Format your report as a memo. Your audience is your fellow classmates and job seekers. Be sure and take the necessary rhetorical steps to meet their needs. Your report should include a brief description of the company (in your own words) including: history, organizational structure, standing/reputation, and business model. Reflection Write a one-page reflective memo that: Summarizes your process of creating your profiles.
