The Human Resource assignment is to develop a comprehensive human resource plan for a specific job. First select a job/position and develop a Job Description. Once you have completed the job description you must develop a comprehensive human resource plan that includes the following. The recruitment process for the position: a. How and where you will recruit for the position. b. What assessments you will utilize. c. A list of the questions that will be asked in the interview (minimum of 6) How will you appraise and manage the employee’s performance. Describe the type of training and development program that will be implemented for this position. Detail compensation, performance reward and benefits for the position. Describe how you will manage employee separation in the event the person hired does not work out. You must be as detailed as possible. The project should be 5-7 pages in length.
