This is a big week for the group project. You will have three primary objective: 1. Analyze the CSR efforts of your company. How do they compare with their competitors’ efforts? Are their CSR efforts congruent with their strategic goals? (There is no word count requirement, but you should be thorough in your answers.) 2. Based on your research (only), make strategic recommendations for your company. Distill your recommendations down to three. Make a logical case for why the company should implement these recommendations and describe the outcomes they should expect as a result. 3. Make a PowerPoint or Prezi to share your findings over the entirety of the group project with the rest of the class. The presentation should report findings from all five sections of the group project. The CSR analysis and strategic recommendations should be uploaded by the team leader by the end of the week. The presentation should be posted in the Week 6 Group Project forum (by the team leader) before the end of week 5. Be sure to cite all sources quoted or consulted.
