The topic is broadly about digital entrepreneurship, but focusing on digital transformation and Organization’s Transformation by New and Emerging Information Systems . It is seeking to find out what and how organisations are influenced or transformed by new and emerging digital technology. This work should have the structure of format of a BOOK CHAPTER. The chapter will draw on both primary and secondary sources using qualitative approaches with cases to answer the underpinning questions: What are the new and emerging information systems and how they have impacted transformation in the organizations? How are the organizations managing the change and reforming governance during the transformation? The subsections for the chapter would include: abstract, introduction and background to the transformation by new and emerging information systems, the theoretical underpinning and methodology for the study, case descriptions and findings of the study; discussions of the findings and its relevance and implications for research, theory, practice and policy in the particular context of developing economies AND THEN CONCLUSIONS.
