The student team will schedule a meeting with their client for detailed introduction to the company and project briefing. prior to the meeting students are to prepare for the meeting by trying to learn as much as possible about the client and the client industry. during the meeting they must make sure they gain a deep understanding of the business and the manager’s expectations for the project. this information should be translated into a project scoping document.
