At the top of the website, you might want to focus on “Company and Careers” as well as “Kids and Family.” Provide an analysis of the brand’s social responsibility. Identify and discuss its values, moral philosophy, and sense of social responsibilities (to community, employees, families, etc.). Evaluate and identify the company’s level of moral development (pre-conventional, conventional, post-conventional). Many activist groups expect companies to comply with their demands/movements. Can/should a company acquiesce to all these demands (conventional thinking)? Make a case for “standing for something” vs. yielding to demands. Do brands need to please everyone?
