For this assignment, you will be an OD practitioner in your current or a previous organization. Create a one page “memo” to your HR manager. Your memo must: •Recommend that you lead a project to create a change management checklist that will be rolled out to the managers in your organization. •Explain the importance of the change management checklist (i.e. a step-by-step process for effective change management). •Discuss how the change management checklist will benefit the organization and tie into your corporate goals. •Be creative.
