In your initial post, consider how these can be applied by writing three paragraphs. Paragraph 1: Write about a leadership context that you know well. What is the context? (You don’t have to name an organization or group, but describe it as fully as you can in a paragraph.) How many people are being led and what are the key leadership outcomes in this context? Paragraph 2: What leadership traits, skills and behaviors are most important for this context? Why these particular traits, skills and behaviors?
