The readings this week look at the spiritual side of leadership. In your initial post, begin to compare and contrast Christian leadership in three paragraphs: Paragraph 1: How is Christian leadership similar to secular leadership? In what ways do Christian and secular approaches to leadership differ? Do you think that integration of the two is possible and desirable? Why or why not?
