Part 1 (1.75 pages) : Completion of an Ethical Will. Students will draft an essay/statement about their personal values for the purpose of describing what moral/spiritual/ethical goods they would like to leave to their heirs. Refer to the attached image from Moral of The Story shown below for guidelines of what your Ethical Will should entail. The video explains clearly what an ethical is and what it should contain. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYjatYE8c8M Part 2 (1.5 pages) : Identify one Ethical Theory (Deontology, Egoism, Universalism, etc.) and one of the eight Ethical Leadership approaches from the Dion article…..that closely relates to the way in which you lead ethically, whether that leadership role be at work, at home, on a team, or a group. If you have never been in a leadership role then you may instead use an example of a leader you might have followed for your example and thus identify the nature of the way they lead. Once you have identified your ethical theory and leadership approach answer the questions below: * Explain what the characteristics were of each of your two choices that you related to. Do the two approaches relate or differ? * Give an example of a way in which you may have used these two different contexts while leading/following (both the ethical theory you chose and your leadership approach). * What are some of the issues/conflict that could arise from the selected two that you chose?
