You can delimit the scope, for example, by focusing on a set of products/services or by addressing a set of supply chain members. Describe, analyse and critically evaluate the following concepts of supply chain management in the context of your own organisation, or an organisation you are familiar with: supply chain sustainability supply chain risk management supply chain synchronisation supply chain agility and responsiveness. In addition to using the above mentioned concepts from the textbook, you are also required to read and integrate the concept of supply chain sustainability and risk management discussed in the following article: Whelan, T & Fink, C 2016, ‘The comprehensive business case for sustainability’, Harvard Business Review Digital Articles, pp. 2–8. Based on your analysis and evaluation, make one or more recommendations to help improve the organisation’s supply chain management at the national and/or global levels.
