As per your Internship Learning Contract, you are required to complete a short reflection paper (2-4 pgs., double-spaced, 12pt. Times New Roman font) on your internship experience. The paper should include: Skills and knowledge you gained (please provide concrete examples of what specific duties, roles and responsibilities contributed to your learning) Successes and challenges you faced, and, how you faced/handled them (specific strategies or tactics you used to deal with issues that arose) How your internship did or did not relate to what you learned AMG courses (i.e., were you able to apply what you learned in classes to your internship and vice versa?) How your internship did or did not prepare you for your career pursuits​
