This week, we explore the buying steps that consumers go through when making a purchase–the 5 step model. You may remember this from MARK 110. For the discussion, lets add in a little humour. Watch the videos, 12 Weirdest things, (warning–there is some foul language) and 10 Bizarre Japanes inventions and then by the end of Wednesday, answer the following questions: “Pick one of the products and apply the 5 step model–explain how a consumer would buy one of the products using the model. At each stage think about what factors would influence buying behavior.
