After reading the above article analyze your current boss using the checklist on page 7. What are your boss’ strengths, weaknesses and work style? What are your strengths, weaknesses and work style? Do you take time to talk with your boss and get his/her feedback on your work? How are you developing a relationship based on clear expectations, accountability, honesty and dependability?
