The week (Week 8) we will finish discussing relationship trust and focus on the last 4 behaviors for building trust in a relationship: “practice accountability”, “listen first”, “keep commitments”, and “extend trust”. After reading the assigned chapter in Covey (pages 200-232) please respond to the following questions: Do you have an example of a situation where you or a colleague/boss applied one or more of these practices and as result the trust between you increased? Do you have an example of the opposite, where a boss or a colleague violated one or more of these behaviors which reduced your trust?
