Activity: The student will conduct an online research on nursing career planning; submit a paper addressing the student’s personal plan to build and maintain competency in clinical areas and professional leadership roles. The paper will be scholarly and in APA format. Paper Write a professional paper to address your personal plan to build and maintain competency in clinical areas and professional leadership roles. Your paper should include an introduction defining and outlining the topic, a body discussing your plan, and a summary of your plan. You should use APA format with a cover sheet (page 1), body of the paper no more than two (2) pages (pages 2 and 3), double-spaced with 12-point font, and a list of references (APA format) that can be on the last page on a separate page (page 4).
